What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ starts at just 15-20 sets for teamwear (soccer, basketball, rugby) with mixed sizing allowed. For custom streetwear hoodies and private label collections, MOQ is typically 30-50 pieces per colorway.
How long does production and shipping take?
Sample prototypes take 5-7 working days. Bulk production takes approximately 10-15 working days. Air Express shipping via DHL/FedEx to USA, UK, Europe, and Australia takes 4-6 business days with tracking.
Can I order sample prototypes before bulk production?
Yes, we strongly encourage sample prototypes. We will manufacture a physical sample with your exact sublimation colors, logos, and tags for your physical review and sign-off before commencing bulk cutting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union, MoneyGram, and LC for large volume commercial orders.
